We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager who brings strong full stack development skills, understands security and compliance, and can lead a small team while remaining hands-on.

Role Overview

The Engineering Team Manager (Full Stack & Platform) will own day-to-day technical execution, team leadership, and platform reliability. This role blends people management, architecture ownership, and hands-on engineering, with responsibility for security, compliance, and private cloud networking.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a small team in a startup while building secure, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small engineering team (2–6 engineers):
  • Sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery ownership
  • Code reviews, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Actively contribute to full stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Own platform architecture for an AI-driven SaaS product
• Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure, including private networking
• Lead SOC 2 readiness and ongoing compliance, including policies, controls, and audits
• Oversee Kubernetes-based deployments and production environments
• Collaborate with founders on technical roadmap and scaling strategy
• Support technical foundations for digital marketing and growth systems
